Mr. Vaibhav Maloo has been an integral part of the Enso Group since its inception in 2005.

He moved on to lead the company as the Managing Director in 2009. He shoulders the responsibilities of group business development and strategy and also manages operations of the energy business. He is well-versed with group marketing strategies for India as well.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science specialising in Business Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2013, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Thereafter, that same year, he joined Judge Business School at University Cambridge for Executive MBA but withdrew his candidacy and left the course incomplete, as he had to move to India.

Mr. Ashok Kumar has garnered rich experience of over 33 years across companies and industries. Since the inception of Enso Group, Mr. Kumar has spearheaded the acquisition strategies and played a pivotal role in expanding the group’s footprint globally. Before Enso Group, Mr. Kumar has held senior positions at HFCL.

Mr. Ashok Kumar is a Commerce and Law Graduate from CCSU, formerly known as Meerut University and holds an Honorary Degree in Business Administration from Lucknow University.

Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal has gained over 23 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Fundraising, Corporate and Project Finance, Business Restructuring and Mergers/Acquisitions across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Shipping & Logistics, and Healthcare. He is also well experienced in the areas of Audit, MIS reporting, negotiating with financial institutes and banks for loans and Working Capital and Cash Flow Management.

Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Shri R Radhakrishnan is a highly experienced professional in the downstream oil marketing sector. He has an impressive career spanning over 38 years at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), a Maharatna Public Sector Corporation in the Oil and Gas industry in India. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in various areas such as marketing, operations management, business development, HR capability building, and information systems.

In his role at HPCL, Shri R Radhakrishnan has been involved in all major business activities within the downstream petroleum marketing sector. This includes retail sales, direct consumer sales of fuels and lubricants, LPG marketing, aviation business functions, operations and distribution, marketing research and analysis, and more. He has developed strong relationships with customers, both domestic and international, as well as channel partners, business partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the oil sector.

During his tenure, Shri R Radhakrishnan has held several significant positions in the marketing division of HPCL. These include roles such as Location Head, Regional Marketing Head, Zonal Marketing Head, and SBU Head. Recognizing the importance of digitalization in business processes, he later took on the role of Executive Director – Information Systems (Functional) at HPCL. In this position, he utilized his domain knowledge and experience to drive digitalization programs aimed at improving business efficiency. He successfully implemented a Business Intelligence System, introduced Customer Relationship Management (CRM), facilitated the rollout of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), and oversaw the digitalization of key business processes in the refining and marketing domains.

Shri R Radhakrishnan is also actively involved in sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He is a distinguished invited speaker for Corporate Executive Education Programs at UPES (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Additionally, he is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), highlighting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Technically proficient and result-driven, Mr. P K Nandi has a proven track record of leading successful ventures in India and countries such as Russia, Iran, Australia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Georgia.

Mr P K Nandi is a Senior Geology Professional with a rich experience of 48 years in the Oil & Gas industry. He has also served as a Lecturer for over seven years in two esteemed universities. He has shouldered multi-disciplinary technical and management roles in India’s National Oil Companies (ONGC, OVL & GAIL) and various International Private Companies.

Mr. Paul is an expert in streamlining the crucial operational aspects of the Enso Group from a legal perspective. His over three decades of experience in the domain empowers him to standardise the basic legal framework for efficient functioning and rapid organisational growth.

Led by industry insights, Mr. Paul manages Financial Accounting of NBFC, Trading, Manufacturing and service providing units. He also handles various tax-related tasks up to the appeal stage.

Mr. Paul holds a post-graduate in commerce and holds an LLB degree from Calcutta University.

Sudhakara Rao Ravipati is a retired executive with extensive experience in the oil industry. He worked in various positions for Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL), a downstream oil company in India, including Executive Director and Refinery Finance, Head of International Trade & Supplies, Executive Director-Internal Audit, and head of the Consumer Trade and Lubricating Oils SBU. He also served as General Manager-Lubes and General Manager-North Zone in HPCL.

Throughout his career, Sudhakara Rao gained knowledge in various functions of the oil industry, including exploration, product sharing contracts, crude transportation, refining, supply chain management, marketing, sales force management, marketing strategy planning, brand building, team building, enterprise resource planning, logistics, contracts, financial management, audit, risk management, product pricing, administered pricing, and commercial aspects of business management in the oil industry. He also has expertise in areas related to infrastructure, power plants, automotives, environmental legislations, bunkering contracts, shipping, crude oil selection, procurement, back-casting, supply management, international crude and products dynamics.

After retiring, Sudhakara Rao has been actively involved in the areas of biofuels, bioenergy, renewable energy, and lubricating oils. He currently serves as an independent director in several companies, including Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited, Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Pvt Limited, PRES Urja Pvt Ltd, and PRES Clean and Green Pvt Ltd. He also works as an advisor for Arabian Petroleum Pvt Ltd and Standard Greases and Specialties Pvt Ltd.

S. R. Ambabhavani Kumar is a seasoned professional with 37 years of experience in the petroleum industry, particularly in retail sales of lubricants, fuel oils, LPG, and lubricant manufacturing. Holding the position of Senior Vice President of Automotive Sales at Enso Oil and Lubricants in Mumbai, India, Kumar has been instrumental in devising market strategies for both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, emphasizing measurable outcomes. His expertise lies in relationship marketing and networking, which have been crucial aspects of his success over the past four decades.

Kumar adopts a customer-centric approach, focusing on both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) segments, with a keen eye on quality and cost efficiency. His track record demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver results, leveraging his extensive experience and strategic insight in the petroleum industry.

Having served with top-tier industrial lubricant brands such as Gulf Oil Corporation, Castrol India Ltd, and GP Petroleums Ltd, in different roles like TBM,KAM,RM and GM OEM Business Development Sudarshan has left an indelible mark on the industry through his expertise and strategic prowess.

One of Sudarshan’s standout achievements includes the successful introduction of the IPOL brand into pivotal segments such as Plastic Injection Molding and Mining. His relentless efforts led to securing approximately 60 OEM approvals, a testament to his unmatched dedication and market insight.

Sudarshan’s passion for roller skating has seen him participate in 12 state championships and 5 national championships, proudly representing Maharashtra. Additionally, his commitment to nurturing young talent is evident through his role as a team coach in National school games.
